BARAKA CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS IN GK PRISON, NANYUKI

Baraka community care centre, Nanyuki celebrated Christmas with the prisoners in GK Prison, Nanyuki on December 20, 2017 (Wednessday). We celebrated the Solemn Holy Mass in Kiswahili and Seminarian John preached sermon. The officers and the inmates were so happy seeing us. we shared cake, bread and milk with the prisoners. We read in the Gospel of Luke about the mission of Jesus where He emphasizes His coming is also for liberating the captives. We, the disciples of Christ follow His footsteps in fulfilling His mission.
